DELIVERY
CHARGES
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price
of the all items ordered; this is automatically calculated
in the shopping basket for you. (e.g: all orders include a
minimum £7.99 delivery charge Inc VAT)

LOW CARRIAGE CHARGES
We
have now negotiated better carriage charges and you will find
that you can order a lot more for less, so it pays to buy
as much as possible with each order. Before you pay you will
see the carriage charges and can alter your order to include
more if you wish
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All order shipped out side of the
UK carry a minimum charge from £24.99 depending on the
country of delivery. It pays to order more for example one
small item weighing 3 kg shipped to Belgium will cost £24.99
but a package weighing 10kg will cost £25.98

Bella Barista and is owned run or maintained by Time Leisure
Limited is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful
or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the
Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and
disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept
these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using
the Website.
DELIVERY TIMES
Providing orders are placed before 3pm we operate
a next day delivery service where possible however please
expect 5-10 working days delivery within the UK.
in the event we are out of stock we will send the items as
soon possible. When you place your order you will be advised
of a delivery method and ETA
Delivery times for machines vary.

RETURNING GOODS
Any
opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or
exchange.
In regard to returning accessories (non coffee products),
if you wish to return the goods which are not faulty we will
accept returns up to 3 days after you have received the goods
(for reference received time for the goods starts from the
date you have signed for the goods (signature from Business
Post carrier service is recorded for evidence). The
goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED
and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We
reserve the right to charge a 5% commission fee for refunding
the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee
of up to £20 depending on the product PLEASE
NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non
faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of
the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods
are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging
are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been
used.
Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation,
we must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the
correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular
requirements. PLEASE
NOTE: CUSTOMERS
HAVE 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS TO NOTIFY US OF SUCH A
FAULT OR DAMAGE.
COLOURS
The
colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website
due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and
monitors.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
None
of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer
rights.
CANCELLATIONS
You
may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the
point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs
within 16 hours of the order being placed but may be longer
or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is
cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the
customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have
not been dispatched. If
the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched
it will be dealt with as a ' return '. PLEASE
NOTE: By purchasing or entering into a lease
agreement with Bella Barista the above conditions no longer
apply... There is a maximum of 24 hours 'Grace Period' in
which you the customer has chance to cancel the order. However
after such time the customer cannot.
REFUNDS ON RETURNED GOODS
Refunds are given by credit or debit cards and a
credit receipt will be posted. Orders paid for by cheque or
cash will be refunded by Company cheque. Please note their
is a 5% handling charge on all returns.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS
Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Bella
Barista and send to the contact address together with your
order and you contact details by selecting the invoice option
on the payment page.
SITE SECURITY
This website uses Barclays EPDQ secure payment system
for all credit card and debit card transactions. If,
however, you would prefer to arrange an order or pay over
the telephone, you can do this by calling us on 01933 273275
during normal working hours. This
website has been enhanced to enable you to purchase our products
online. We have a step by step ordering system: simply make
your purchases, and then pay at the barclays checkout page.
You do not have to register to use this site.
PRIVACY
Bella
Barista will never release your company details to third parties
or other sources.
ADVICE
The
contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should
not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any
decision.
