Bella Barista Service Centre The most important consideration when purchasing a coffee machine or grinder is to be sure you get a professional service and warranty backup you can rely on. Many internet companies operate as a “one man band” or from a small office or private address. Bella Barista is part of the Time Leisure Group employing more than 80 people. We have the resources and facilities at our business park to ensure you the highest quality of service at all times. We have been around for more than 20 years and have built an enviable reputation as a quality ISO9001 registered business and we will still be here for many years to come! In the unlikely event of a problem, we have the facilities to ensure you are“up and running” again in no time.
	Your machine will be inspected before delivery at our service centre, packed & dispatched with all accessories from our warehouse. At all stages we take great trouble to ensure that you will be able to enjoy your purchase with no problems, from the moment it arrives by courier to your home.

	Our fully stocked spares department ensures that in the unlikely event of a problem we have the facilities to ensure you are up and running again in no time

HELP LINE 01933 273275 Our Help Line is staffed Mon to Saturday. Most problems can easily and simply be resolved over the phone. Our help line will ensure that “in warranty” queries are handled quickly and efficiently WARRANTY RETURNS If the help line can’t solve your problem, then our trained service engineers will repair your machine in our well equipped workshops. If this repair will take more than 10 days, we will supply a loan machine (subject to availability). PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO CARRY OUT WARRANTY WORK ON MACHINES SUPPLIED BY US. MACHINES PURCHASED ELSWHERE WILL BE SUBJECT OUR NORMAL LABOUR AND PARTS CHARGES OUT OF WARRANTY WORK If the warranty on your machine has expired, don’t worry. We offer preferential rates for service and repair on all machines purchased from Bella Barista, and we always will! If you did not purchase your machine from us, we can still help, but at our normal rates. *We reserve the right to alter specification and prices as conditions demand therefore the information throughout this site is to be used only as a guide.
