All
Bella Barista new Coffee machines carry a 12 month back to
base warranty.
in the unlikely event your machine fails in the first 28 days
we will collect at our expense repair and return at our expense
within 7 working days if this is not possible a replacement
will be offered.. Original packaging must be retained for
this a charge will be made if we have to provide packaging.
If the machine fails within the first
three months we will collect at our expense repair and and
aim to return within 7 days
at our expense
For remaining period of the warranty customer pays carriage
back to us we pay return carriage.
Second year warranty
Second year parts only warranty with maximum £65 labour
charge, Cost of carriage and packaging is the customers responsibility,
or we will post the part out for you to complete the repair
yourself. ( The part will be charged then credited on return
of the faulty part).
Exclusions:
Misuse, Seals,Elements, damage caused by scaling
If the failure is due to misuse then we reserve the right
to make a charge for the parts labour and carriage.
EXPORT
WARRANTY
The machines we sell are sold as suitable for use in the UK
we can not guarantee the suitability for other countries and
in some case they can only be sold with UK plugs. We offer
a 12 months parts only warranty on machines that are exported
outside the UK. We will charge for the part and the carriage
and this will be refunded on receipt of the faulty part. If
the machine has to be returned to us the customer is responsible
for the transport both ways.
