Delivery times
Providing orders are placed before 3pm we operate a next day delivery service where possible however please expect 5-10 working days delivery within the UK. in the event we are out of stock we will send the items as soon possible. Delivery Charges
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of the all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping basket for you.(e.g.: all orders include a minimum £8.00 delivery charge Inc VAT) PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS HAVE 24 hours AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS TO NOTIFY US OF SUCH A FAULT OR DAMAGE. International orders Export
All order shipped out side of the UK carry a minimum charge from £24.99 depending on the country of delivery. It pays to order more for example one small item weighing 3 kg shipped to Belgium will cost £24.99 but a package weighing 10kg will cost £25.98 extra shipping costs will be highlighted in the shopping basket PLEASE SEE INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Bella Barista Warranty* (UK ONLY)
The Coffee Machine is covered by a 12 month back to base warranty valid from purchase. In the first 28 days in the unlikely event your machine fails we will collect it at our expense and if we are unable to repair within 7 days offer a new replacement For remainder of warranty customer arrange carriage back to us we shall then arrange return of the machine. Second year parts only warranty with maximum £95 labour charge, or we will post the part out for you to complete the repair yourself (The part will be charged then credited on return of the faulty part). If the machine is to be returned the customer is responsible for carriage and packing both ways
International Warranty
Warranty for all goods shipped outside of UK mainland is a 12 months Parts ONLY warranty Customer is responsible for carriage both ways if machine has to be returned to us. It is very important that you check the machine before signing the delivery note. We take more care than most companies that ship coffee machines internationally we double pack even where a machine is in an “export” box and use extra shock resisting foam this is a considerable extra cost which we absorb. But damages can still happen and it is important that you are aware that you are responsible for the cost of return to us.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
Bella Barista now adopts added Authentication Security, with all online payments. We request all customers to sign up to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode process before purchasing. This is an extra level of protection for you and Bella Barista to make sure the shopping process is a safe and secure one.

Returning goods
Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange. In regard to returning accessories (non coffee products), if you wish to return the goods which are not faulty we will accept returns up to 3 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods (signature from Business Post carrier service is recorded for evidence). The goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 5% commission fee for refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of up to £20 depending on the product
PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.

Consumer rights
None of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellations
You may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs within 16 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched. If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a ' return '. PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing or entering into a lease agreement with Bella Barista the above conditions no longer apply... There is a maximum of 24 hours 'Grace Period' in which you the customer has chance to cancel the order. However after such time the customer cannot.
Refunds on returned goods
Refunds are given by credit or debit cards and a credit receipt will be posted. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by Company cheque. Please note there is a 5% handling charge on all returns.
Cheque payments
Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Bella Barista and send to the contact address together with your order and you contact details by selecting the invoice option on the payment page.
Site security
This website uses Barclays EPDQ secure payment system for all credit card and debit card transactions. If, however, you would prefer to arrange an order or pay over the telephone, you can do this by calling us on 01933 273275 during normal working hours. This website has been enhanced to enable you to purchase our products online. We have a step by step ordering system: simply make your purchases, and then pay at the Barclays checkout page. You do not have to register to use this site.
Payment
The payment process is handled by Barclays Bank secure EPDQ payment system. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards except AMERICAN EXPRESS. Bella Barista is PCI certified.
Privacy
Bella Barista will never release your company details to third parties or other sources.
