We have been offering the Dalian Amazon since 2015 (DL-A721-SBB) which is available exclusively in the UK and Europe from Bella Barista with our specified improvements and alterations.
This is a “light” commercial roaster that is designed to be used by an operator with roasting knowledge. Well suited for a shop, café, as a small production roaster or for a home roasting enthusiast makes this roaster very versatile because of the price and compact size. There is a very comprehensive instruction manual provided however, if you are a complete beginner, we strongly advise that you obtain training (not included in the price of the roaster, training programs available, contact us for details.
