One of lovely organic single origin coffees from the Bio-Dynamic Camocim Estate in Brazil. We made the visit to Brazil and sampled this coffee with the Camocim Estate owner Henrique Sloper. The pulped natural as a filter it has juicy blackcurrant acidity and transfer well over to an espresso medium roast with notes of fudge and caramel for sweetness.
Pulped yellow and red Catucai coffee varietals grown between 1.000 and 1.350 masl predominate Pedra Azul region resulting in a truly exceptional balance between full body, medium acidity and medium to high sweetness. Organic certified.
