Handled and Packed With Care

Your order is treated with love and care.

We want you to avoid any disappointment on the day you receive your coffee machine, coffee grinder or any item that reaches you for that matter from Bella Barista. With all Coffee Machines we treat them with great love and care. It starts with a PDI check from our engineer. This involves a thorough inspection of the machine, including slight adjustments to the pressure if needed. Essentially we like to make sure the machine is ready to make you a perfect coffee straight out of the box.

After the PDI check, it's then carefully packed back into its original box along with all it's supplied accessories. (Some Retailers keep these). It's then placed into a larger sturdy box with additional internal corner packaging struts and filled with foam. There might even be a small treat from us to accompany your lovely new coffee machine.Last but by no means least we include a manual that's specifically written for every individual machine that will guide you from the ceremonial opening of the box to hopefully pulling the perfect espresso. You will be pleased to know the manual has been created by the very same independent expert who writes the "closer look" reviews that can be seen on the website. As a result these manuals are only available to Bella Barista customers and considered extremely sought after.
