The Eagle One Prima is a versatile and eclectic coffee machine that opens up a new way of living and perceiving the coffee experience. Prima is the first step towards a new frontier, a new way to prepare and enjoy espresso and will overcome many boundaries. Utilising the same NEO technology found in the Eagle One 2 and 3 group machines, the Prima’s settings are all controlled through the new Victoria Arduino app, giving control to adjust temperature, pressure, and access to espresso brewing recipes from all around the world.

Available in a range of colours, and with the option to run off mains water or internal water tank, the Eagle One Prima is a versatile one group espresso machine that fits every style and occasion.

Useful when plumbing in water and/or waste. Machine delivered to mainland UK addresses and set up in your kitchen, our engineer may require assistance to carrying the packaged machine depending on your location, installed into existing services, guided through set up and configuration, excess packaging removed, user requires Victoria Arduino app.

Plumb In Installation requires:

• Water in: ⅜ inch valved, male water termination within 1m
• Waste out: a washing machine style u-bend waste pipe installed within 1m
• Pre-drilled counter holes, template provided in advance
• It is recommenced to position power sockets above counter level

Care & Maintenance Water

The way the Prima brew boiler flashes the water to the correct temperature as required means its more essential for the water to be softened and we recommend its best practise to plumb the machine from the start. We can advice you on water filtration and setup for the home.
The Victoria Arduino E1 Prima requires filtered water to prevent the build up of limescale and other mineral deposits in the boilers and group head. Please test your water in advance and contact us if you have any questions. If you are plumbing in your Prima espresso machine, please contact us for information on BWT water filtration packages.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Espresso machines require cleaning after use to prevent build up of deposits, especially around the group head.

Espresso machines typically require a front end service every year or two. Perishable parts such as the group head seal can be performed by yourself or an engineer and we have videos on this in the how to section. Mineral deposits from poor water filtration are the key cause of issues, so please ensure that you adequately filter water based on your local mineral mix. The Prima has a water alarm. If your machine requires servicing from deposits, this is useful best performed in Bella Barista service centre.
