The Coffe Machine is covered by a 12 month back to base warranty
valid from purchase.
PLUS
In the first 28 days in the unlikely event your machine fails
we will collect it at our expense and if we are unable to repair
within 7 days offer a new replacement
If the machine fails within the first three months we will collect
at our expense repair and and aim to return within 7 days
For remainder of warranty customer pays carriage back to us
we pay return carriage
PLUS
FREE! - Second
year parts warranty with maximum £65 labour charge, or
we will post the part out for you to complete the repair yourself
( The part will be charged then credited on return of the faulty
part).
PLUS
20 % discount of non warranted parts such as seals or owner
damaged parts (Please note this applies only to machine parts)
