With the £ fluctuating so much it is difficult to maintain stable prices.
Our pricing policy is to calculate a competitive price based on the exchange rate at the time, as our stock changes frequently this could result in us being temporarily uncompetitive.

So if you see a product advertised by a UK based supplier at a lower price contact us giving full details and we will endeavour to match or beat the price.

Every machine is checked by us prior to despatch or collection
We double box and air pack the machines to avoid transport damage.

The Coffe Machine is covered by a 12 month back to base warranty valid from purchase.

In the first 28 days in the unlikely event your machine fails we will collect it at our expense and if we are unable to repair within 7 days offer a new replacement
If the machine fails within the first three months we will collect at our expense repair and and aim to return within 7 days
For remainder of warranty customer pays carriage back to us we pay return carriage

FREE! - Second year parts warranty with maximum £65 labour charge, or we will post the part out for you to complete the repair yourself ( The part will be charged then credited on return of the faulty part).
