Coffee machines and grinders we provide a two year back-to-base warranty for UK orders. International orders are 12 months parts only warranty.

Delivery
We offer UK and international shipping Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders usually take between 1-2 days within the UK, but may take up to 5 days to get to you.

Returns
Returned items must be unused and be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and in perfect resalable condition. Once the goods have been received back and checked, as per our terms and conditions, we will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt. Please note all returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the goods are not in a resalable condition.

About this machine
The Profitec Pro 400 is a small footprint, heat exchanger espresso machine with pre-infusion, a vibratory pump, and an E61 group head that runs off an internal reservoir.

Ideal for?
Packed with features for such a small machine but not compromising on Profitec famous build quality. The Pro 400 is a great first step into a traditional set-up. If you're tight on space, want something with lots of power to make several lattes, this is a great place to start or to upgrade from a single boiler or consumer espresso machine.

We live to boast about the quality of Profitec machines, and often liken them to buying a German built car, and this machine is no different.
