Delivery
We offer UK and international shipping Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders usually take between 1-2 days within the UK, but may take up to 5 days to get to you. 

Returns
Returned items must be unused and be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and in perfect resalable condition. Once the goods have been received back and checked, as per our terms and conditions, we will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt. Please note all returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the goods are not in a resalable condition.

    Bella Barista White Glove Service
    We also offer a White Glove Delivery service. This can be chosen at the checkout in the shipping options. The cost is *£99.00 Surcharges may apply to remote parts of Mainland UK and City Congestion zones. This a personal delivery from a coffee technician who will arrange a convenient time for delivery and unbox the machine at your premises. This will guarantee safe transit rather than a courier delivery.
    We can Plumb in your new Coffee Machine
    For an additional £50 to the White Glove Service we can also deliver and plumb in your machine. Please makesure you have a water connection or domestic appliance that requires a water connection within 4 metres of where the coffee machine is going to be situated. Also a hole in the counter top pre-drilled or access for 1/4 inch pipe. The £50 is the additional labour charge. Any additional plumb in kits and parts to connect the machine are extra.
