Shipping

All parcels shall be sent to the address provided at the time of the checkout. If you pay via Paypal, then we will only deliver to the address provided to us by Paypal, so please ensure that it’s current. Any errors in the information supplied to us are at the sole responsibilty of the customer.

The vast majority of parcels sent by us will arrive within the estimates given on the table below; however, we cannot guarantee this due to the rare possibility of any unforeseen circumstances with delivery companies. Bella Barista shall not be held liable for delays in delivery of goods caused by third parties. In the event of a lost package, we will require up to 14 business days before being able to replace or credit for any lost goods.

UK Delivery Service Options

**Next Working Day We will use either Royal Mail or one of our contracted couriers depending on the size and weight of the order. To take advantage of this service please aim to place your order online by 13:00 (UK Time) Monday – Thursday. Next day services exclude weekends and public holidays. We offer this service throughout the United Kingdom, but please be aware that Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands deliveries sometimes take longer – but not always. Orders placed after 13:00 pm (UK Time) will be processed on the next available working day. **Please note: This is not a guaranteed service. Next Day orders placed on weekends or Public Holiday’s will dispatch once the company reopens.

*** Saturday Delivery Is only available to mainland UK addresses and must be placed with us no later than 12:00 noon on Friday. We typically use Royal Mail or one of our carriers for this service. Saturday service excludes public holidays.

**** White Glove Delivery Is only available to mainland UK addresses. *Remote areas and postal codes will incur a surcharge, please contact us before hand. Selecting this delivery service will offer you a personal delivery of the coffee machine to your premises, unboxing and basic setup. (Basic Setup, if required). We use our preferred technical service partner who will contact you and arrange a convenient time. Delivery will be carried out by a professional coffee technician. Delivery is usually within a One to Ten working Day time frame. Please contact us for remote areas of the UK and UK City Congestion zones as additional surcharges will apply.

European Union Delivery Service Options

Very occasionally one of our carrier companies by either air or road depending on the size of the order and goods ordered. In this event, the website may restrict these sales or we will contact you with available options and the chance to amend or cancel your order.

‡ Rest of World, means all other countries that we currently ship to outside of the EU. To see if your country is listed, please add products to the basket and scroll through the drop-down menu to select your shipping country. The Shipping Calculator will also work out the precise cost of shipping for your order going on weight and parcels required. As the importer, you are responsible for ensuring that any goods imported are legal and will be required to pay import duty, if applicable to your chosen shipping destination.

Certain products and brands may be restricted within your country and as such there may be times when we have to refuse supply. In these instances, we will contact you at the email address provided offering an alternative or full refund of your order. For example we can not ship Rocket Espresso and ECM Brands to Australia and New Zealand.
